SHIPPING POLICY
Customers in the UK - Shipping will be via the royal mail. All parcels will go out Tracked 24.
International Customers - All parcels will go out via The Royal Mail, Tracked and Signed.
Orders are fulfilled in the order that they are received.
Due to the handcrafted made-to-order nature of our goods, we aim for a standard turnaround time of two weeks; however, this may be extended depending on current demand.
International orders may often incur a customs tax that the buyer will be responsible for. You will need to contact your local customs office to find out what the import tax that your country charges from UK exported goods.
We offer free UK shipping and Free International Shipping on all orders over £100 however, if, for any reason your parcel is returned to us you will be required to pay shipping for any subsequent delivery attempts. Country Craftwork can not take any responsibility for returned parcels, once the parcel leaves our shop it is completely out of our hands. Failure to pay for the second delivery attempt will not result in a refund. Please refer to our refund policy.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Because every item we make is handcrafted to order, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or refunds unless there’s a genuine fault with the product.
If your item develops a fault due to a defect in materials or craftsmanship, we’ll repair it free of charge. If repair isn’t possible, we’ll offer an exchange after inspecting the item in question.
