MEET THE MAKER
From Recovery To Leathercraft
Country Craftwork began during a difficult chapter in David's life. While recovering from a life-changing accident, he turned to leatherworking as a way to focus, heal and reconnect with his creativity. What started as a quiet hobby soon became a source of purpose and enjoyment, eventually developing into a craft he became passionate about.

Today, that same passion continues to shape every piece he creates. Working from his workshop in Argyll and Bute, David combines traditional leatherworking techniques with patience, care and attention to detail, creating handcrafted leather goods that are made to be used, appreciated and enjoyed for years to come.

Every item created by Country Craftwork is hand-dyed, hand-stitched and individually finished by hand. Unlike mass-produced products, each piece develops its own character through the crafting process, ensuring no two items are ever exactly the same.
